Finchley Development

Introduction

We were thrilled to contribute to the Wilmot Close residential development in East Finchley, a site providing sheltered housing for individuals aged 55 and above since 1985. The modernisation of this site was essential not only to improve accessibility for residents with varying abilities but also to aesthetically complement the adjacent Thackrah House, a new build construction comprising 16 modern homes designed to meet the specific needs of their clients.

Project details

Greenstone Landscapes installed over 1,000m² of Bound Gravel for car parks and pathways surrounding both existing and new build properties.

A key request from The Finchley Charities was to create a beautiful landscaped scenery, to encourage communal gatherings among residents. To achieve this, we supplied our flagship AluExcel edge, which was used to separate the vibrant vegetation from the pathways and car parks.
