Tailors Corner is one of Leeds’ most iconic city-center landmarks, and its refurbishment required contemporary design without detracting from the building’s original grandeur.

A key new feature is a roof garden for the sole use of the sixth-floor occupier, and landscape designer John Davies Landscape Architecture wanted this to be a garden in its truest sense.

With the main roof terrace supplied by Raaft, there was a design requirement for a curved seamless edge between the artificial grass and tiles, where ResinEdge 18mm came into it's own.
