One Thames City is located in Nine Elms' Linear Park, one of the area's largest open spaces.

Despite its large scale, the park was completed in six months due to meticulous planning, winning the British Association of Landscape Industries National Landscape Award for ‘Soft Landscaping Construction (non-domestic) - Over £500K’. involving up to 60 workers at a time to meet deadlines and avoid penalties.

The project included hard and soft landscaping elements: specimen trees, a central lawn with amphitheatre seating, and a water feature running the site's length, enhancing biodiversity with aquatic plants and accessible via two bridges. The hard landscaping featured sandstone and granite paving, designed to support emergency vehicles.

Kinley's Fort edging played a crucial role, providing durable and weather-resistant boundaries for the park's curved designs. It was used innovatively around the water feature and pathways, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing look without the common issue of grass dieback, as no cementitious products were needed for installation.
