The penthouse roof terraces have been awarded the BALI Landscape Design Excellence Award (over £50k), to be marked by a permanent plaque recognising the exemplary design crafted by Aralia.

In 2012, St George commissioned Aralia to design seven penthouse roof terraces at Chelsea Creek.  Directly aiming to reach the very pinnacle of luxury and innovation enabled her to include stunning glass art panels, artworks and water features, extensive green walls and outdoor kitchens/ fireplaces, in all of the penthouse terraces.

Michael Bryn-Jones, Managing Director, St George PLC commented:   “We are excited by the BALI Design Excellence Award, which is a mark of the high standard of design that Aralia has implemented at Chelsea Creek. Aralia has created terraces which are the epitome of innovation and luxury.”

Patricia Fox (MSGD) lead designer and founder at Aralia commented: “We have really enjoyed working on this project with St George and alongside the consultancy team. We were so excited to have been awarded this opportunity to fully explore just how far Penthouse Terraces could be developed and St George’s faith in our design abilities allowed us the freedom to focus all our energy into delivering some amazing spaces.”

Joining the congratulations, Kinley Systems Ltd very much appreciate the confidence placed in them to supply numerous bespoke CorTen steel water feature and outdoor fire surround/cooker components as well as the many attractive planters.  This has significantly vindicated Kinley’s commitment to outstanding customised service and plans to extend their current innovative hard landscaping product range.
