Kinley is delighted to announce that it has been awarded Silver Accreditation from Investors in People. We’re focused on being an excellent employer, providing staff with a great place to work and ensuring that each and every member of the team has the support they need. We’re committed to making our business one that outperforms in terms of people management because we believe our employees are the key to our success. We’re extremely proud to add this mark of excellence to our achievements. Kinley joins some of the world’s leading organisations that have received accreditation from Investors in People, including Crossrail, Capita, Willmott Dixon, McDonalds and more.

Investors in People sets the standard for better people management in all types of organisations. It is an internationally recognised accreditation, currently held by over 14,000 organisations worldwide. The standard defines what it takes for an organisation to effectively lead, support and manage people, in order to generate sustainable results for the business. It is based on 25 years of leading practice and is underpinned by a thorough assessment methodology and framework, regularly updated to reflect the latest workplace trends and the existing structures required to outperform in any industry.

In order to gain the Silver Accreditation, Kinley was measured against specific criteria and successfully met each of the nine performance indicators. These included leading and inspiring, empowering and involving people, managing performance, recognising and rewarding high performance, building capability, delivering continuous improvement, and creating sustainable success. We have spent the last few years working towards exceeding each of the criteria, encouraging both staff and management to aspire to achieve great results not only as individuals but also collectively as a team.

Stuart Bowie, Director at Kinley, says: “Encouraging and supporting staff to be the best they can be is a core value at Kinley and we believe that our business achievements are due to the investment we make in ensuring every employee feels part of a great team. We are committed to understanding what helps our team perform in order to drive success.

Stuart adds: “Investors in People is a great scheme that really makes a difference. 60% of accredited organisations predict strong growth for their business, compared to the UK average of 47%. It is very encouraging that the tireless work of the entire company has led to Kinley receiving the Silver Accreditation from Investors in People and I want to thank the team for their continued commitment.”

The Silver Accreditation from Investors in People is the first of many exciting developments planned for Kinley this year. Stay tuned for more updates on our exciting plans by following us on Twitter @kinley_systems. 2017 looks set to be a great year!
